Not at all. We welcome complete beginners and work with all levels, from A1 to C1. Your personal intake will determine the right starting point for your program.

The intake is an informal online conversation of about 30 minutes. We will talk about your background, your work and the situations where you want to use Dutch. Based on that conversation, we put together a program that is tailored to you. There is no test and no pressure, just a good conversation to make sure we find the right fit.

Most participants progress half to a full CEFR level for every 30 hours of training, combined with a similar amount of self-study. Results vary depending on your starting level,

Most participants notice real progress within the first two to three sessions. Because every programme is built around your specific goals and professional context, progress is fast and immediately useful.

That depends on your goals and starting level. Most participants choose between 18, 30 or 48 hours of training. We will discuss the best fit during your personal intake. description

In most cases we can schedule your intake within a few days. After that, we plan your training together based on your preferences, availability and that of your trainer. Get in touch and we will find a schedule that works for you.

The Individual Training is a structured course with weekly sessions, ideal for building a strong Dutch foundation. On-the-Job Coaching is for professionals who already have some Dutch and want to improve in their actual work environment, with real-time feedback during meetings and workplace interactions.

Language apps are a great starting point, but they cannot replicate the impact of a real conversation with a real trainer who understands your professional world. At Confident Dutch, every session is personal, practical and built around the situations you actually face.

Sessions take place at our training space in Den Haag (Eisenhowerlaan 114, Statenkwartier), at your office (in-company), or online via our digital classroom. Sessions can also be arranged in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Utrecht upon request.

Our group programs have a maximum of 8 participants. We keep groups small intentionally, so that every participant gets real speaking time, personal feedback and the attention they deserve.

Yes. All our programs are available online via our digital classroom, in person at our training space in The Hague, or at your office. We will find the format that works best for you.

Yes. Many of our participants are sponsored by their employer or relocation package. We can provide invoices, training proposals, and progress reports to support this process. Contact us for a tailored company proposal.
